In the subject line of your email please put your: name - state - county
Example: Tom Hanson - CA - Orange.
Include in your email:
A. A legible scanned copy of your survey or a copy of the legal description as it appears on your deed. Sending a survey is always the best option even if it takes you a few days to track down a copy. By "survey" we mean a map that shows the distance and bearing for each of your property lines.
B. Property address (it there is one).
C. Any coordinate (if available).
D. Tax parcel number. See your tax bill.
E. Your phone number. We rarely need to call.
F. Any other maps, links or information that might help us do the best job.
G. Remember to put the state and county in the subject line of your email.
Including a coordinate will help us quickly get to the right area. To get coordinates from Google maps you can find your land and then put the cursor about in the middle and rightclick. Select "What’s here" and then copy the coordinates that appear near the top of your screen. If you cannot find your land exactly on Google maps - no worries. Just rightclick in the general area.

We will quote you a price or ask for more information or explain why our system is not able to process your land. Most single parcels are $59.98 and include both an online map that opens in the browser on your cell phone (or any other browser) and a GPX file that can be loaded into many Garmin GPSs.
When the online map opens it displays the Google aerial and your approximate property lines. If you are using a cell phone or tablet then you can turn on a geolocation feature.

We only accept payment via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. All you need is a credit card. Scroll to the bottom of this page and tap the small blue down arrow. Tap the amount we quoted you and then tap "Pay Now". PayPal automatically sends us an email when you pay.
